When:
Since acquiring the license for OSG Grand Prix we will be starting this tournament first week of December which is on Saturday, December 4 at around 4pm sharp.

We are going to play the tournament in North American Server and Sea Server ONLY

The brackets is pretty much 32 players per qualifiers

Rules:
Only four qualifiers for this tournament and we will have two qualifiers for each week.
Qualifiers One and Qualifiers Two on December 4 2010 Saturday, then Qualifiers Three and Qualifiers Four on December 10, 2010 Saturday.

You must be thinking? How do we choose the maps?

Players will thumbs down each map that they don't want to play until there's only one map left that they will need to play in.

Example:
you thumbs down Blistering Sands
opponent thumbs down steppes of war.
.....

until the only map that we can't thumbs down/dislike is delta quadrant. meaning that's the map we need to play for the first set.

loser of the game chooses next map in the map pool. Tournament Bracket Regulations:

1. Round of 32 will be an Elimination Round Best of 3 style, each one competing in an elimination

2. Round of 16 is still an Elimination Round Best of 3, First person to get two wins automatically advances to Ro8.

3. Round of 8, will have a 2 players in each bracket and first player to win 2 games in a best of 3 match up will automatically advance to the Semi-Finals of each qualifiers.

4. Round of 4 (Semi Finals), will have 2 players in each bracket and first player to win 3 games in a best of 5 match will advance to the Finals of each Qualifier.

5. Once all qualifiers have do have each of their division champion, We will play the Top 4 contenders for the championship. Tournament In-game Rules:

1. Players who won the game or set of games must send me the replays to clive.canlas at gmail dot com
2. Vulgar language or chatting is prohibited; keep in-game discussions to a minimum. If ever I found out that you’re bad mannered you’re quickly disqualified.
3. Player who can’t come or can’t declare attendance on time of the tournament will automatically lose that certain game to his opponent.
4. If ever there’s disconnection in-game, games will restart if it’s still below 5 minutes after the game started. If it did disconnect after 5 minutes of the game, we will review the replay and check who the possible victor of that game is. If a possible stalemate before it got disconnected, will restart the game once again. IF HOWEVER the game keeps getting disconnected, will just rebracket both players to different opponents. If we ever find out that there is intentional disconnection from a player or both players, that player or both players gets DQ’ed (except this rule will only be applicable in the elimination round).
5. All types of cheating is PROHIBITED, (disc hacks, map hacks, altering games via means of complaining) We will review for possible map hacks as well, (if ever there is a complaint about map hack, but I hope there wouldn’t be any form of cheating). If ever we find out you are cheating you will be black listed from all Monthly Tournaments.
6. Once you register your race, you cannot race pick! If you're protoss, you are going to use protoss through out the tournament.
Players will be disqualified if we found that you race picked.
7. Time will depend on the availability of both competitors, players will have to discuss on what time they will play on the given date. I'm already getting your cellphone number so I can contact you guys and let you guys talk about what time you can play.
8. It's best you save the replays and send it to me. If none of the players send me their replays I may have to ask them to go play a rematch, if still no replays, I'll just disqualify both players. Please be responsible.

Tournament Disqualification

1 Disqualification can be current or subsequent.
2 Current disqualification means discharging a player during a tourney.
3 Subsequent disqualification means a player can be discharged after a tourney ends but not later than one week (not later than one day after finals)
4 In case of disqualification draw results are not changed. After tourney ends a list of disqualified players is published stating the reasons.
5 A right to disqualify has main referee. He can be provided information by channel referee or take decision by himself if a player breaks the following rules:
- using forbidden reception
- using intentional disconnects
- using hacking software (which break standard settings)

- using maps not from official list
- playing under account that was not submitted in registration data
- register multiple accounts by one player (i.e., "smurf accounts")
- playing under another account
- asking an opponent to lose – this is qualified as cheating
- confusing referee on purpose or accidentally concerning match result – this is qualified as cheating
- uploading fake replays
- disrespectful attitude to players, teams, and referees

Hello Guys,

update lang, if ever na hindi nyo ako makita sa chat box tomorrow.. meaning nun na block lahat ng access sa website dito sa office. meaning kailangan ko ang commitment ni zendex at iba pang pwedeng mag marshall habang wala ako tomorrow at 4pm.
