Rules:
1. If a player is missing 15 minutes after starting time they will be walked over and cannot play in the tournament.
2. This tournament is open to anyone.
3. The Top 16 players will be seeded, the Rest of the bracket will be randomised.
4. Admins can disqualify anyone if they see it necessary.
5. If a caster wants to Cast your game you have to allow them unless a admin gives notice.
