As we continue our ascension, we have realized a lot of our strengths and weakness's as both a community and a pro team.
One being our community focus, at the beginning we had a huge direction for community growth to spawn up new players and rapidly shake the scene with our presence, once we begun forming the likes of a pro team we quickly shifted gears into a more pro element focus and regrettably lost track of our community player base. For this we are truly sorry for those who witnessed this decline.

That being said the gears have switched and the entire reason for this post becomes clearer, we are looking for people who are interested in sharing our vision for E-sports Australia and to allow their passion to shine through wearing the IXL banner proud.

We are currently

-Recruiting new players of all leagues

-looking for division managers for the respective leagues.
-Looking for Content produces to actively maintain the upkeep on our social media sites .
-Looking for people who want to practice and grow.
-Looking for community based players.
-Looking for Streamers / casters for upcoming clan wars / events.
-Looking for Race coaches to help mentor the younger players of Australia ( for without we will have no scene )
