Hey everyone, I am Brandon Gardner and I am the owner and current manager of Incorrection eSports.

This is a start up eSports team that currently does not have any members, but we're hoping that changes quickly with this thread.

We are looking for all kinds of players! Players of all race and all tiers of player! Incorrection eSports aims to improve the game of it's players by giving them the opportunity to practise against other members as well as making new friends in the process.

Descent, Most if not all of the players at the competitive level already belong to a clan or a team. You'd need to entice them to join you. What do you offer your team members, does you organisation have any sponsors? Do you have any experience in eSports that you can use to gain sponsors if you don't have any currently? What other games does your organisation plan on investing in? etc etc..

If your not offering more than general clan companionship, you'll struggle to get off the ground. You'd then need to entice people as their friend and as an active member of this community to gain their trust to form this social clan with you. If your looking at developing a competitive pro-team then you'll need to allow members to remain with their clan as well, while selecting developing players and help motivate them to grow to the next level.
