Rescheduled to 9:00pm AEDT Tuesday 20th November

My work rescheduled my roster to finish at 8:00pm after they took me out of training due to my shoulder injury - An advice to others - Give yourselves appropriate break now and then, when you push parts of your body non stop over strenuous hours for long periods of time, injuries can happen.
