Hello all!

Welcome to the live update thread that I have started for immediate updates regarding the WCS Singapore Nationals / SEA Finals event for this weekend!

Brackets have been out already since yesterday, which is mentioned in the link below :

The Top 16 Brackets will only be published tomorrow, most probably earliest by 10pm GMT+8, and latest is midnight tomorrow. The 64 participants will compete in a single-elimination, best-of-three format for the top 16 slots to go to Day 2.

On Day 2, The top 16 players will face off in a 16 player-double elimination bracket, in a best-of-three format. The winner of the lower bracket will have to win two sets of BO3s in order to win the event itself, while the winner's bracket's winner will have to win one set of BO3 to win the top prize of $4000 USD + the sponsored trip to the Asian Continental Finals in China, which is to be held in October.

Those are the qualified players for the SEA Nationals. Nirvana is playing in the Singapore WCS Qualifiers which is here http://www.esl-asia.net/sea/blizzard...tion/rankings/

The winner of each represent Singapore / SEA respectively in WCS in China
