ok ok so i woke up and the vague memories of this dream was me in que for ladder as gold i win i cant remember how . .and get pushed to platinum then que again and pushed to diamond.. then i woke up it's quite odd cause the last thing i thaught to myself before falling asleep was when i turn 18 which is like a week or so away i wanted to take sc2 a little more seriously, silly story but any wierd or interesting dreams come from you guys about sc2 or any games for that matter haha P.S - i also for some reason hotkeyed 2 characters from a show in my head accidentally =P

Im surprised it bothers people so much. I dont feel the forum gets packed enough with content everyday that threads like these hurt space management at all.

Although maybe its because I come on so often during work that its easy to see what is new or not :P

I had dreams about SC2 the other night too. But sadly mine were the opposite, I dreamt that no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't win. I'd get cheesed every game, bunker rushed, 2-gate proxied, cannon rushed, 6pooled and without fail I'd lose every game. Thankfully I don't suffer from ladder anxiety or else that would have been the last straw. But I was able to search for games the next day and win so I was relieved.

I've had two weird, recurring dreams in my lifetime.

1. My father is wearing a Richmond FC Guernsey (He is a Richmond Supporter, but overall he just goes for them because he can, he barely follows any football) and he's walking around an oval... It's like a mixture of my local oval and the MCG.

Anyhow, we enter the carpark and all of a sudden my father gets picked up into the jaws of a transformers-like creature, and is then crushed and subsequently killed, repeatedly, sometimes in a different fashion (he holds the 'jaws' up for a bit, and is then crushed). During the dream I feel this surreal sense of dread and powerlessness as I can do nothing to help him.

The other one happens every second Tuesday, as at my work place I have to clean out the drains. For anyone not in the know, this is probably one of the most foulest, disgusting and overall gross thing to do at ANY work place, coupled with the fact that uncooked wet dough left festering in lukewarm water.... The smell is incomprehensible, but for a while (six months) I was the only one that could do it.

So, I dream that I'm cleaning this drain. And I'm doing a damn good job, but eventually I see something looking up at me. I grab at it and feel a slight force gripping my hand, I try my best to retract but my hand is kept in place, my entire body is being dragged towards that smelly hell and all I can do is try my best to shout out to my workmates, but I cannot scream. Now, I realize 'Andrew! That isn't terrifying at all! You wuss.'

I have sleep paralysis, imagine waking up and not being able to control any of your body parts... Terrible! Not being able to move your arms or your legs.. Gosh.. The worst is when my face is actually face down on a pillow. I have to calm myself down, and then try to thrust myself up while ignoring the hallucinations around me. It's a nightmare in itself, and the dream only happens on that Tuesday. Since I don't do drains anymore, they've disappeared.

Also; my dream predicted my friends current relationship around four months before it occurred. That was weird.

And that's all I have to say about that..
