NOTE to players in the entry league:
1. Administrators/Referees reserve the right to disqualify any player whom we have sufficient reason to suspect is Smurfing. Their decision is final.
2. Should you promote to Master League before the tournament kindly inform us so that we can move you to the Open League or if you want to withdraw from the tournament.
3. All players must set their game status to busy.
4. Players will be disqualified if they are more than 15 minutes late for their matches without valid reason. (validity of reason will be decided reasonably by game referees and the referee's decision is final)
5. Map choice will be determined by coin toss. The loser of the coin flip gets to veto 3 maps from the entire pool while the winner will pick the map from the pool excluding those vetoed maps. The loser of the round will get to choose the map for the subsequent round. No repeat of map allowed.

6. At the completion of the match, the winner must save the replay of the game in this format. e.g. ABC win DEF followed by round no. and report to the nearest referee for score update.
7. If disconnection takes place within the first 2 minutes of the match, the match will be restarted. If a disconnection takes place after 2 minutes, the player that has not disconnected will have the option to replay the match or claim the match as his win. However, any disputes will be settled by the referee, and the referee's decision is final.
8. All players are allowed to user their personal equipment.
The list of the personal equipment allowed is as follows:
1) Keyboard
2) Mouse
3) Mouse Pad
4) Mouse Stand
5) Earphone
6) Mouse Driver
9. Players are only allowed to pause the game only if they are facing legitimate problems e.g. equipment malfunction. Type pp to all.
10. Spectators are not allowed to cause any form of disturbance or even assistance to any players during game play. Referees will look into any accusation or complain reported seriously and this might result in disqualification of the player involved. All decisions made by referees are final.
11. All players will be required to uphold and observe a universal level of sportsmanship. Unsportsmanlike conduct includes, but is not limited to, racism, use of profanities, rude acts, use of hacks, and disrespect of an official. Referees will have the authority to disqualify the offending player.
On the day of the tournament, please join channel SMUOPEN or SMUENTRY depending on which league you have joined. Please refer to the rules and instructions to help us ensure there is minimum waiting time for all the participants!
All participants are reminded to bring their Identification Cards to register. For those who have made payment, please bring your receipt.
Do note that brackets will only be released on the day of the tournament itself.

The casters will be casting from home but we will probably have 1 computer at the lan shop screening the stream! Still tentative though depends on the availability of the computers!
