Hey all...Managed to chance upon this game on TSL_Polt's stream last night. I felt this game was too good to be missed and it needed to be shared.

Since I'm posting this under the strategy forum, IMO, this game exhibits the whole essence of TvT.

In particular the execution required for very methodical and control-heavy Marine Tank play as well as scouting, positioning, upgrades, late-game resource management (denying opponent's expansion as opposed to going for the big-kill) and possibly inferences of great decision making from the eventual winner.

The beauty of this vod is us witnessing the First Person View of Polt duking it out against a player that needs no introduction, IM_MVP on the KR ladder.

Fast forward to 4 hours 48 min and 20 secs and witness the epitome of TvT Marine Tank style.

29 minutes in and i feel like mvp did better for larger portions (especially with the mid-game drops, which polt essentially has just taken damage from repeatedly).

polt such a boss in the engagements though. mvp has lost so many stray tanks to marine run-ins, bit strange to see.

edit: polt watches the replay immediately after; drops kept mvp about 10-20 up in supply for the first 20 minutes, until DAT FLANK evened the score and polt held the lead from there.

and then mvp takes a 50+ supply lead after 27 minutes. ~_~ both these players are ridiculous.

You can watch the replays of his series vs TaejA in ROG ASUS winter, they have epic marine tank wars there too.

Also watch puma vs Kas game 3 to see some wtf positioning and extreme mindfuck from puma to Kas (seriously.... whoa!)
