Its quite good since hes a master zerg and this will definitely help alot of players.

i dont think its near the level of analysis written by the top sea zergs moonglade and pig in TGM.

also it covers alot of the strategical aspects but says nothing about how to improve your mechanics and macro cycles which are most important for zergs especially anyone below diamond. guides always tend to ignore this for some reason which is surprising cause thats what the majority of the people reading need !

I came across this guide not so long ago on Team Liquid.

It is written by vVvshaft and is quite in depth and an excellent read.
