Yeeeah it's a great place to meet other Sydney SC2 players and I'm sure you can learn a lot from the other players. Feel free to say hi to me and ask me for help (or all in Terran builds). ^^v
my main problem atm is just tvz on large maps (hopefully more zerg come in next time) + was my first time at a semi-lan if you want to call it event so was a little nervous kek, i just see this as a way to get coached for $2.50 an hour, get beaten by better players and learn heh.
@Sixth - Thanks ^^ and for the 4v4, You basically find a team at the lan (last Sunday I just found another 3 players and teamed up with them to play another 4 players). So at the end of the 4 week tournament the 4 players with the most points might not even be from the same team (as you can form 4v4 teams with different players).
@Gerlan.au - haha you were that cheerful guy who shook my hand after our games yeah? Well yeah I get heeeeaps nervous at lans, so nervous that if I eat before any lan I'd probably spew. But with events like these, it's more layed back and more fun so I'm much less nervous ^^. Next week should be a better turnout.
Whilst it's temping to compete for a second marauder keyboard if only to beat you across the head with it riichard (he knows why) I think I'll pass on this one.
