Introducing the ESL SEA Open!!!
$75 USD Weekly Cup

The ESL SEA Open is a single elimination style tournament for Starcraft 2, Legacy of the Void.
Tournament starts at 8PM AEDT Sundays. This series is open to everyone! To be played on SEA server.

The format is Single Elim, Bo3 for all rounds except the finals which are Bo5

Prizepool:

1st: $50 + 80 OSC Points
2nd: $25 + 50 OSC Points
3rd/4th: 20 OSC Points
5th-8th: 5 OSC Points
9th-16th: 2.5 OSC Points

$'s are in USD ($105 AUD)

ANZ + SEA players gain 2.5 bonus Participation points, which counts towards $1000 Participation Competition.
NA + L.Am players gain 2.5 bonus Participation points, which counts towards $1200 Participation Competition.
Plus there are SEA $ Bounties

OSC points will available from next weeks cup (#2)! (Jan 17th)

We are excited to include an another ESL event as part of our OSC League, as they have been a leading organisation in esports for many years, and we have a great working relationship with the NA Cup toeam. Together, this partnership will allow players from all around the world to gain access to OSC points and our rankings, as well as sharing networking and promotion of events to give more opportunities to starcraft players and fans!

Oseanic StarCraft 2 Championship Series

The ESL SEA Open is a partnered tournament of the Oseanic StarCraft 2 Championship Series (OSC). The OSC is the Oceanic, South East Asian, North American and Chinese regional championship, which follows a yearly season format, where players earn points for placing in all partnered tournaments.

The top 32 players ranked via the OSC Player Leader board at the end of the season are then invited to play in the minimum $7000+ Grand Finale to determine the yearly champion! OSC World Rankings were established in December 2012.

In 2015 OSC partnered tournaments gave away $49785 combined prizepool, we had 189 completed partnered tournaments (up 22% on 2015), and saw 488 individual players with points earned (up 39%)

PiG was 2013's Champion, taking out the $2100 finals series.

There is a cup this weekend you can play in, but it's a day before OSC season 2016 starts, so points will start up the following week!

I'm still having troubles linking my SEA battle.net url to allow me to signup for these...For whatever reason when I sign into the sea battle.net portal it says "an error has occurred please try again" where my profile username/portrait is.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey so i'm still unable to link my profile...played all 5 placement matches but nios seems to be down...anyone know how else you can get your profile url without signing in on the bnet site?
