hey everyone, today i went to go change my game name, and it said my account locked, so i go through the whole email password change mumbo jumbo.
I get to the email that has the link to change password screen and then i get error? and this happened about 4 or 5 times, then i was locked completely out ofmy account, and i cant play sc now. i was just wondering if anyone knew if this is aproblem with the battlenet server or should i be looking for viruses or something

Yeah, I had this problem with one of my accounts, I have to contact Blizzard Customer Support to get it unlocked. It's annoying, and it's a Battle.Net website problem as far as I know.. sucks.

Nah just e-mail support will do. You get a ticket number and the details are sent to your e-mail address, they are normally pretty quick. What league are you in? I have a NA Bronze account you can use in the meantime if you need. PM me if you're around that league.

It's blizzard's fault.
When u click on the email link to change ur password, it'll direct u to "https://na.battle.net/account/support/password-reset-confirm.xml........."
change the na part to sea, like "https://sea.battle.net/account/support/password-reset-confirm.xml"
If you got the account completely locked, and that doesn't work, looks like ur gonna have to contact the blizzard customer service.
