Apologies in advance if someone has already posted it (although I couldn't find anything the forums). But anyways, if you pre-order HOTS from Amazon, you get an instant beta key. Problem is that the copy of HOTS that you get on release is NA account version only. Amazon HOTS with Beta Key StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm

I'm pretty sure you still have to buy HoTS with the same region as your WoL.
ie. if you have a SEA licence, you require a SEA version of HoTS to upgrade.
