For those of you unaware, I am the official Caster/Event Manager for the wT Weekly having taken over the reigns some 22 weeks ago back at wT Weekly #13.

The last two weeks have seen an unacceptable level of delays in putting up sign in sheets and bracket creation. After the 20+ minute delay this week something had to change.

Firstly on behalf of everybody involved with wT Weekly I would like to apologize for the lack of professionalism over the last few weeks. It is definitely not OK with me and thank you for being gracious about it.

The following changes will be made to all future wT Weeklies:

1. Sign up pages for wT Weeklies will be posted within 24 hours of the previous event (by midnight each Tuesday).

2. Signup will initially be available via the Events Calendar located on the right hand side of SC2SEA.com. Please click on the appropriate upcoming Monday on the calendar to find the event. Within this event you can sign up using the provided link.

3. An official Tournament thread will be made no later than midnight each Sunday of any given week as a secondary reminder and an opportunity for people to express any concerns/withdrawals/questions etc.

4. A wT Weekly gmail account has been created which the current admins and myself have access to. All wT Weekly signups and bracket creations will be sourced from this account. This means if for whatever reason myself or admins do not show up on time due to whatever circumstances I or whoever is available can start the brackets ON TIME.

You can hold me to account for keeping the integrity of this tournament and I will continue to look for ways to increase the professionalism, entertainment and smoothness of each weekly.

I'd also just like to apologise to the players for the mix ups in the past few weeks, especially regarding delays and the incorrect starting time posted (it appears due to DST the SGT timezone was wrong). Excuses aren't really warranted here so I won't bother trying to justify our errors, instead i'll just pledge that myself and Grim will be making sure, 100%, that future weeklies run on time and efficiently.
