•“Audio Fade” under Sound Options has been renamed to Game Volume During Alerts. Its tooltips have also been changed for clarification.

I think every Protoss from casual to pro level watched that GSTL series a few weeks back, in which CreatorPrime tore shreds off his opponents with his fast expand into double forge robo build. This build had been around for a while, but it was the integration with the 1gate FE style and demonstration that this could still hold terran timings in the first 8-11 minutes that was the true innovation by Creator. I noticed an immediate response from the pros, with players such as MC breaking out a similar double forge build in the following weeks. Blizzard has obviously seen this too, and like what it sees. Even more so now than before, the future of PvT appears to be turbo upgrades.
Ghosts? I'm certainly not going to complain!

Personally, I figured a nerf to EMP range was more likely (EMP/Snipe being 10, but fungal/feedback being 9 seemed a little silly), but that's okay.
The toss upgrade changes I'm surprised with... It no longer matches the other races (well, T) which only compounds the advantage toss already has in this department with chrono boost.
If your comparing it to a feedback vs emp "who gets the first one off" fight, nerfing the radius is effectively a range nerf. I interpreted your point wrong, sorry
According to iNcontrol and LiquidTyler, saving 50/50 for each attack/armor upgrade beyond level 1 is really quite insignificant when it comes to a 3-4 base economy. And the shield upgrade is still not overly amazing throughput wise.
However, SC2 is a game of small timing windows and the gathering time for 50 gas is still a couple of seconds extra you have up your sleeves for a timing attack, etc.
i really do not understand the buffs given to protoss when they already have chronoboost to speed up their upgrades.. and besides, 3 def zealots are so hard to kill as a terran.. i really wanna cry now
