If there ever was a complete map which could let you save time and yet practise all the key micro engagements you could run into it, this is it. This is by far the best micro training map I have played, and will definitely help you in key micro aspects of your game. Simply access it by going to "create custom game" and typing in "Micro". Its actually on the front page of the SEA maps now and its called "Micro Training 101" on SEA. As of now there is no multiplayer mode but what you can do is invite friends to watch and then click on share control to see how they fare. When they implement multiplayer + scoreboards its going to be even more amazing.

Lol I've been massing this map for the last 5 days. Although I play it under "Micro Training 101" on SEA custom maps. They really need to add a PvT deathball vs deathball challenge, and ofcourse a hold "marine/tank/banshee" challenge.

On SEA it is under "Micro Training 101". Very helpful custom game indeed.

yea i agree a very fun map they are very realistic situations instead of some micro maps, which is usually only to do with units and my blob vs your blob

Thanks nirvana. I am a plat zerg, and the weakest part of my game is micro. As this is my first RTS, i have no background in fast mouse movement or a history of instinctively knowing how to move my units. I have messed around with this mod for about a half an hour, and can feel the limitations of my abysmal apm. In ladder games, i dont really use infestors because i never seem to be able to get fungals off that are deadly effective- i just seem to die to an army that is half health

would you suggest i just stick with this for a week to help me or instead train it some other way?

Oooh thanks for this, I can't wait to play it! I loved all those micro challenges that came with Wings of Liberty and I've been craving more ever since.
