is the rf lan thing actually any good?

RFlan is a huge event, its a gaming slamfest incorperating lots of games like;
COD4
CSS
SC2
TF2
WC3
DOTA
countless console games (Super Smash Bros, Trackmania etc)

the prizes tend to be donations from sponcers like Austin computers, PLC etc
the top end prizes includes towers, graphics cards & stuff


in reguards to sc2
its a huge bracket (like 32-45 people) double elim with only 1st & 2nd getting prizes
the top 4 or 8 get to play on a stage with a godlike computer streamed out to everyone at the lan (you can use your own mouse and keyboard)
its quite intense on the body though, the SC2 comp goes for around 7-10 hours & the whole lan is about 28 hours, for some people cos be difficult to endure.

its a great way to meet the sc2 community due to the overwhelming ammount of sc2 players in the same space.
