For those in the know, I have been looking for a LAN shop space in town. I've been looking for 3 months now. I've even negotiated a space in a Orchard Rd mall for 6 weeks before being turned down on a technicality. Frustrating. Time to up the ante

$250 to anyone who suggests me a space for a LAN shop that is near an MRT line in the city area, preferably in the Bugis area. If I end up getting the place, the money is yours.

Specs:
1500-3000 sq ft (2000 sq ft prefered)
Preferably NOT in Katong Shopping Center or Parklane due to the associated RedLight trade
F&B kitchen prefered if available
Rental: $12,000 and under / mth
Must have fibre-optics

Sorry... I wasn't being clear. I meant an agent or someone with a clear unit for rental - type introduction. Randomly naming places doesn't really help... If you know people with a unit for rental, or an agent that has a place, let me know =)
