Hi guys,

I have recently started having problems with zerg in the mid to late game. I was doing ok against bronze league players but since moving to the top 8 of my division have been versing silver league players no stop.

Firstly does this mean im on the verge of upgrading to silver league and if it is then i need help with beating zerg. My biggest hassle is muta's/ broodlords. I've tried mass stalker but my blink micro isnt the best so its not working out that well. Is there any unit i haven't thought of that will help me out.

Its also not just like 5 muta's its more like 15 or 20 and the same with broodlords.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The reason why every post like this on TL.net is asked for replays is because the problem might not be that you dont engage mutas/broods properly, but instead you:

1. Don't make enough units
2. Don't make enough probes
3. Don't defend properly
4. Perform inefficient builds

Or a million other things.

My best advice is to give us some good example replays and then ask us to help you further. Keep in mind that if you're bronze/silver league, it is usually macro/mechanics problems (Although that is a very general way of saying it).

The topic title suggests you're looking for help with your Zerg playing, but the message body implies you actually need help with your Protoss in beating Zerg.

Pheonix counter Muta and Broodlords. You only really need 5-10 of them.
