Welcome to the 4th SEA Masters Cup!

This event is a 128 player competition, single elimination style tournament. $145 prize on offer to the winner, sponsored by Dox and Eddie! Sc2sea will donate $30 from our community donations as well. $45 2nd prize, $15 3rd. $205 prize pool total!

Details

Date: Sunday, 5th of June, 2011.
Time: 7pm AEST, 5pm SGT
Location: SEA Battle.net region.
Tournament Eligibility: You must be in Masters or Grand Masters League (1v1 - SEA license). Lower players will be disqualified.

Prizes: Winner gets the $145 prize and bragging rights for being the best of the best. $45 for 2nd, $15 to 3rd
Battle.net Chat-Channel: "sc2seaMC". If the event is full, the late replacement channel shall be sc2seaMCx. System shall be organising replacements, pm him or talk in channel.

Rules and Regulations

· All results must be PMed to FaDeEdOne.139 or XanT.665 in-game.
· Players who are 15 or more minutes late will be disqualified, if a replacement cannot be fount their opponent will be given an automatic win.
· If any disconnects occur within the first two minutes of game-play, the match will be replayed. However if the disconnect occurs after two minutes of game-time, then it is up to the discretion of the referee to decide whether; A) the game is to be replayed, or B) player X/Y is to be awarded the win.
· Any disputes will be handled by the Admins after reviewing all associated replays.
· Any inappropriate behaviour will result in a disqualification.
· Players must have their own Sea account, playing on a friends is not allowed

The first map of each round is pre-determined and outlined in the following list. The losing player will decide the subsequent map. The map pool is as follows:

Ro128: MLG Metalopolis (B01 no 2nd game) (1st + 2nd round of bracket)
Ro64: Shakuras Plateau (B01 no 2nd game) (3rd round of bracket)
Ro32: Tal'Darim Altar LE (B01 no 2nd game) (4th round of bracket)
Ro16: GSTL Dual Site (B01 no 2nd game) (5th round of bracket)
Ro8: GSL Crevasse (B03) (6th round of bracket)
Semi-Finals: GSL Terminus RE (B03) (semis on bracket)
Finals: Xel'Naga Caverns (B05) (final on bracket)
(3rd Place Match Xel'Naga 1st, B03)

Loser can pick from any the following maps:

Xel'Naga Caverns, MLG Metalopolis, Shakuras Plateau, Typhon Peaks, The Shattered Temple, Tal'Darim Altar LE, GSL Crevasse, GSL Terminus RE, GSTL Dual Site

* Players are allowed 1 veto each per round. 2 vetos are allowed in the B05 final. First game cannot be vetoed.
