Im gold so my mechanics are meh, and I am generally meh. However everytime I go up against protoss I kind of just die even with a bigger army with more upgrades toss just do so much damage and I die. The stats at the end of this game show me ahead in every way. yet I lose and I can see I have shit engagements thats one reason. But are there specific reasons I don't get?? Help
TvP is unfortunately like that and its a pretty big hurdle for any lower league terran, one wrong engagement and thats pretty much gg for the terran, i myself had struggled with it for a long time and still have some degree of difficulty in engaging a double aoe toss army if i dont get awesome emps off.
Also having solid mechanics helps alot

but in terms of engagements i suggest looking at replays of the pros and note how they emp the high templar and blanket emps their entire army (if they can) before the big battle, the formation of the terrans army it will most likely be an arc to reduce colosus splash and get maximum dps and how they peel back groups of bio that are being stormed/ or kiting chargelots but with hellbats in your comp as well they should soak up speed zealots

thanks guys, just shits me having to control like 3 control groups (ghosts,vikings,MMM,) worth of army well to live against a protoss who builds collosi and then get storm. And macro at the same time, at gold level that is just hard and protoss imo always have an advantage low level.

You can actually control group ur vikings to ur MMM ball and ghost to another. if u need to stutterstep ur mmm just ctrl click on ur marines and marauder then stutter and let the medivac fly on its own.
If you focus on strong midgame builds, you will only need to deal with one of storm or colossus. I would recommend 5rax before 3rd builds so you can practice with midgame micro and gradually advance to lategame micro. Also check the end of day9 daily on hero's recent pvt where he talks about tvp positioning

I agree with Prometheus. mid game protoss is the easiest time that I find to defeat them. I would also suggest as Mbewa said, watch filterSC's videos. they were very helpful for me even to get your macro just that little bit better. Ive had the most success with TvP by doing the same style as FilterSC, but going for 2 techlab'ed barracks and just the one reactor. focusing on Marauder play with concussion shell, and then a 10minute attack. I've attached a quick video demonstrating the style I normally use again Protoss
i think early pressure is the key i like the 12/12 reaper expand in reactor rax etc sets u up for harass, scouting and good 9-10 min push army which can win alot spesh if their being cute

exactly! thats the build i use against protoss. and if you see colossi, start a round of vikings asap!
