I agree, were not too bad! We tell ourselves that everyday, time for some reminder that there is still a long way to go! Nothing does it better than to just to hear a nice "We suck" now and then.

I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement, and anyone that knows me personally knows that I am a very positive person. I hate negative reinforcement also because, well that's what made me move out at 12.

My blog wasn't aimed at making anyone feel bad, but to give everyone a reality check - We kinda suck. Or if your someone sensitive and needs some coddling: "We can be better than what we are!"

There is a fine line between being positive and being complacent.

I can be pretty happy finally sitting at the top of my SEA league, that doesn't mean I can't still really think about how to break into that KR's league without feeling like a downer. I am not okay with being second best at something I can obviously do something about, and I'm not saying do it with a big frown (you burn out so quick that way) I'm saying do it with a determination, be happy with your progress, but never be completely satisfied. Motivation is great!
