SC2SEA.com - Starcraft 2 SEA eSports Community Site

This is just a short blog entry about the fact i am finally home from my last deployment to sea and how happy i am to be back trying to get better at starcraft. Most dont know me or probably care about my return but for those that do.......

I left three months ago on deployment on H.M.A.S Gascoyne. during the trip we spent time in Honiara for a war memorial, cairns and Darwin for operation kakadu. A joint venture with many ships (over 20) from different nations. Before heading to Vanuatu and Noumea then heading home.

During this deployment i have been struggling to keep up with my loved SC2 scene, more importantly the beloved SEA scene. Leaving just before the WCS event which i had managed to secure tickets to. This was very depressing. I also found out there are no gaming lan centers in Cairns or Darwin. And i looked.

I also learnt that the french have some of the most brutal alcohol available to drink ever.(for those that don't know Noumea is a french colony) ANd seeing as i did not have streams and SC2 to play while i was away my fitness did improve immensely losing 10kg and getting back to my fighting weight of 98kg ready to re-enter any BJJ tournaments coming up.

Being back i have a few goals, to finally get out of gold and to help the community out again with any events coming up,or in anyway i can. So this may have been a pointless blog but i just wanted to say hi and im back .
