(Potential for) Aussie Player at DreamHack Winter 2012

Over the last few days I have been chatting to DreamHack staff talking about the possibility of having a PC in the tournament area for use by an Australian player for the BYOC SC2 Tournament at DHW 2012. The top 4 players from the BYOC are given entry to the main event in which they are joined by players from all the other DreamHack events over the year (Stockholm, DHS, Valencia and Bucharest).

I have accommodation at Scandic Elmia (the best/closest hotel to the venue) that I am willing to share with a player making the trip. The flight from most locations around australia falls in the 1200-1700 range for cheap return flights (Fly to either Stockholm, Gothenburg or Copenhagen).

The event runs from Nov 22-25 2012.

This is just for an EOI because I wont bother perusing this if there is a lack of interest.

DH is meant to be one of the best events as a player and would be a great opportunity to play with the best in the world. Also to anyone who doesn't know Shinkz; he manages the Australian HoN team that are ~2nd best in the world and is an all-round nice dude who has helped me out organising some of my trips with no expectation of anything in return. I'm sure he'd be a great person to share a room with.
