Well for those of you that didn't know, over the past 3 weeks or so a few other fantastic players and myself had been getting ready to announce a team. Unfortunately, given the turn of events of today it would appear that this will not be going ahead.

As luck would have it this is happening at a time that I'm feeling abit down and out, and to a certain extent this was like a nail on the coffin. I'm in a bit of a slump at the moment, not improving as fast as I should be given how much time I spend playing. Works piling up cause my time management is pretty atrocious, and not seeing my family for about 2 months know is starting to get to me.

Man...I was really looking forward to announcing this team...we had the page written up and everything...
It's kind of a saving grace that I managed to snag a HOTS beta key, hopefully that will motivate me again.

Looking back at the blog I made in July, I've not really achieved as much as I would have liked to, granted this is only about 8 weeks into it. I feel my play has improved quite a bit tho, ZvP is solid as always, and i've been able to prove it aswell playing a few showmatch type things here and there. ZvT is meh, trying to iron a few bits and bobs out but overall, getting better. ZvZ same old same old XD, I still lose to people I really shouldn't but such is life.

I believe 1 of my goals was to do well in a lan we were having in auckland in august - that got cancelled but late august we had another - made a blog about that so I won't go into it that much, other than for my first lan experience it was pretty good, taking 2 games off pet was sick aswell XD.

Anyways, hopefully I've not bored you to death with my ramblings. If anyone's looking to pick up another Zergy let me know =p

Edit: on a slightly more positive note, my parents seem to be more 'open' to video games now, they heard about bar crafts because my sisters stalk my fb profile, so i decided to show them the barcraft lan 7 video, was nice to see their responses to that
