So for the last week, I've been tilting heavily, it just seems like I'm getting worse and worse, as I play more games. Which absolutely sucks, it makes me feel absolutely terrible. Since being on holidays for the last two weeks, pretty much all I've been doing is playing this game. I kind of expect improvement when I'm playing this much, but as I saw a major improvement, I saw a major decline right after. I don't mind losing streaks, losing 6-8 times in a row, but when I play for a whole day, and go something like 15-25, then play another day, and it gets even worse.
It's stupid to get angry over a videogame, but that's the way I'm taking it. Maybe I need to relax and not play for a few days. I just seem to screw up the same things over and over again.
Just wondering, what does everyone do when they go on that dreaded losing streak?
Analyse your replays and then compare them to 30+ pro replays. The contrast will not only highlight the areas of your play that aren't working, but it will inspire you all over again.
When you keep losing, take a break. Like go watch youtube videos or something. Relax abit, then continue playing. Constantly being on starcraft 2 stresses you up and will make u play worse and worse
Take an hour or two break if you lose 3 in a row, come back when your mind is clearer. When you're on tilt you're not focused which is the biggest issue imo

If you keep making the same mistakes on ladder then you clearly need to work on those situations. You need to practice them specifically with clanmates and practice partners. Alternatively play 500x the games on ladder at 5% efficiency.
As artosis always says keep a notepad by your pc and write shit down too. Otherwise you won't improve very quickly.
I've been doing the notepad idea for months now. You can actually tell when I start getting frustrated, I start writing stuff like "lost to imba broodlord infestor" and whatnot. Oh well, I guess I'll keep spamming ladder and working things out from there.
I was cheesed 5 times on the exact same map Ohana in a row on KR ladder the other day,
then i started to lose to anything, lost another 5 games straight, then a few more when I decided to change server to SEA.
I figured i get too emotional when playing and I let it affect my gameplay, so I told myself whenever I get
angry and get on a 3-5 loss streak I should stop playing and do something else instead, just to clear up
my head, and take a break from the game.
I suggest you to do the same since you get very emotional as well when you play :P
I know what it feels like to lose and keep on spamming ladder games and lose even more, it sucks!
anyway gl to you
