So yet another week has gone by, making it two weeks I have been in Gold.
I would like to start off by saying that my sudden spike in improvement when I was in Bronze league has indeed stopped here. I have started winning very few games in a row and taking a lot of losses.
Why?

Nah on a serious note though, I have been trying many home-made strategies against Terran which have all been stomped repeatedly... by Marines (funnily enough).

My usual openings against Terran are still quite early hatcheries. Of course, any Terran that scouts a Zerg fast expanding will Marine rush or Bunker rush (I mEaN, wHaT eLsE iS tHeRe To Do?!??!). Funnily enough I have been losing against all of them as well >:O I just hope I can become strong enough to defend against it soon!

Again, I believe my problem is very early decision making and micro. I have been doing a little bit of maths work and I believe I can pull off 15 pool, 14 hatch and spine defense. Over the next week I plan to iron out all of my problems against Terran and practice my mechanics once again. For the record, I have not lost a game on ladder that has gone past the 12 minute mark (true story).

I'm hoping that I can reach Platinum by August, which will mean that I would have progressed from Bronze rank 75 to Platinum in 5 months. My overall goal is to reach Diamond by the end of this year.
