Hey guys sorry about the missing blogs for the last two weeks, i had exam block+ assignments due and did not play 1v1s except for a few games+ some team games and customs, and i didn't think that was worth a blog.
Anyway, first day of holidays, waking up and deciding to listen to the static podcast and lying in bed before doing anything else.

started on the gold ladder rank 6 with 485 points. I started off playing random, but switched to Protoss later on in the day.
Game 1 consisted of a PvZ. After my expansion i scouted no tech apart from a roach warren, so i decided to go for double robo immortals + blink stalkers, This combined with my other fast upgrades guaranteed me the win.
My second game was a PvP on shakuras, i decided to do a 4gate, and when i walked up the ramp i found that my opponent was doing a 3gate robo opener. Unfortunately he had no sentries to block the ramp and he had a really late robo, as he chose to get out some stalkers before starting it. This proved to be a pretty easy win.
My third game was a ZvP on cloud kingdom, my early harass meant that i got pretty far into the lead, until every single base was hit by DT's that i failed to scout. I decided to bring everything i had, drones included, to attack his base. Upon arrrival i found that he had made cannons everywhere and had to have made at least 20 DT's, meaning i lost my third game.
The fourth game played was another ZvP on cloud kingdom. Annoyed with my previous game i decided to 7p, which was blocked by the zealot wall off. Unable to get an economic advantage i quickly fell to the all zealot 4g.
Fortunately i was able to gain a rematch in a ZvP, where my friend was telling me the build order for a 7roach rush on skype. Walking up his base it seemed that he was doing the same build and i was able to kill the zealots and secure the win.
Another search confirmed another rematch with a TvP, because i am terrible at Terran vs anything i decided to cheese an 11/11 rax, which quickly won me the game.
The next game was a PvZ close air spawns on shattered. After successfully expanding i scouted my opponents 3rd and 4th expo, i cbf expanding again so i blink 10 or so stalkers into the back of his main and hit the front with everything else, i continued to warp stalkers out of the back cliff of my main to blink into his. The double pronged attack worked and i won the game,
I got terran the next game so another 11/11 was in order. Even after scouting my proxy rax, my opponent did not attempt to but a bunker up until it was too late, and i was able to walk in and kill all of his scv's giving me the win.
Another TvP meant another 11/11, unfortunately mt laptop started to cause SC2 to lag really bad. In just one of these lag spikes a zealot was able to kill about 3marines, meaning the game was over for me.
A 4gate against my opponent in the next game gave me the win.
Another 11/11 in the next game, this time failing, but being able to wall off against my protoss opponent in time to stop DT's from getting in my base. I was able to outmacro him and win.
Another loss as terran in the next game, as i truly do not know how to play the race, after my opponent got mutas it was pretty much game over.
Another PvP on shakuras next game with a 4g that failed to the other protoss' immortals.



I got back on after, but failed to write down what happened, and i cbf looking through replays, but i lost, alot.

Anyway after my day at laddering i eneded out ahead at 13 wins and 9 losses, with 529 points in the gold ladder. I am now ranked 3 falling short to second to a player named "SlayerSBoner".

I ended up deciding upon playing protoss, as i didn't want to play random anymore, just to play terran. After improving my MMR i am now vsing Plat players, and have started coming across zerg players who go for a roach muta composition, with a pretty big army very quick, which i am yet to beat, any help with this would be awesome xD

I found that i have improved with scouting which is good, but could always be better. Also i have found that i have gotten better with alot of mechanics and other things of that nature, constant probe production, making enough production buildings, better FF's, better blink micro etc.

I had fun playing today, listening to only this song, which has about 100 plays on my itunes and is probably my favourite song now.
