Day 3:
Summary:
Shorter recount today. Woke up at 11am. Played a ladder game to warm up for playhem. Played two relatively easy rounds before meeting GosuWBC (details below). I jumped straight into Korean ladder sore from my loss and had to deal with retarded delay, dropping games to a bunch of noobs and then falling to desrow's hyper-aggressive play. Even the stream started lagging so I turned it off and took a break ate some bread and watched some tv before returning to play more games.
Ladder was moderately successful, recovered most of the points i lost lagging at the start but then had coaching at 8pm. After that watched a bit of GSL before another clan match started where I was the ace. The games went ridiculously long and I had to ask for my games to be earlier so I didn't fall asleep still not starting till 1am. In hindsight shoulda just played kr ladder while i waited rather then use up so much time watching games.
Excercise: No cardio again, so lazy!

TtPiG vs GosuWBC
Another protoss on metropolis, my second time playing the map. He built a cannon next to his pylon blocking my natural and quickly walled it in and proceeded to stay on no gas and pump zealots with 2 proxygates here and add cannons and pylons. I got pretty mad that I was being cheesed in bo1 on an unfamiliar map and quickly took my 3rd and 4th bases while building some lings. Unfortunately I moved my ovie out of his main so failed to see that despite him building his expo nexus he didn't take any gas and was clearly very all-in. All I needed to do was take 1 expo rather than two and get gas up to break his contain at my natural. As it was I was too slow taking the geysers in my main and while I managed to kill his zealots at my 3rd it was 1 second after he killed the hatch. My banes also were slow breaking the cannons and only semi-efficient so his follow-up voids and stalker-sentry was just a little too much for my roach-queen-spore line to handle. I never played wbc before and I wouldn't hold it against him for the cannon, that was smart, but the fact he went so all-in made me lose a little respect for him as a player. But you can't hate your opponents, only yourself for making mistakes. All good players cheese and all-in intermittently and it was my fault for not keeping an eye on his gas and recognising it. Lesson learnt.
PiG v Redarchon
Redarchon is Thailand's best player and SEA's no.1 representative at the first sc2 Blizzcon tournament. However he didn't play up to standard game 1 did a horrible 2rax he let me scout on cross shakuras and took no direct damage as a result. He then appeared to sit on 2 base for a ridiculous amount of time while i scouted with overseers and panicked about what he was doing till i found a hidden 3rd behind the rocks and then proceeded to win with broods. Game 2 I went roach-bane allin vs his helion opener on taldarim (why would someone pick TDA for TvZ?) and destroyed his 1 base marauder marine helion allin. Not really worth uploading the reps he wasn't playing his best at all.
KR Ladder: 14 games, 6 wins, 8 losses: 4th in masters division, 1049 points.
Total games: 14 kr ladder, 1 NA ladder, 3 playhem, 4 practice matches before clanwar and 2 clan war so 24 games total today.

Conclusion:
Should have played more on kr ladder. Less TV get the games out earlier, and watch less sc2 in the evenings, only after I've met a higher practice amount . I will definitely be going for a jog in the day tomorrow to break up my practice and playing as much ladder as possible before going to hang out with dot (my girlfriend) in the evening.
Overall I feel good though! Despite limited cardio its more then ive been doing in the last year and it combined with the constant practice is helping me focus alot more . Really happy with my motivation atm! Time to sleep goodnight everyone!
wbc is famous for being a really really good cannon rush(CHEESER). Just be careful when playing some certain players who have really good(WEIRD) cheeses.
I enjoy these posts - good job with the exercise! After being a lazy ass recently I went back to the gym today for the first time in months and did a brutal work-out but felt great afterwards. Should make a go to gym or no starcraft for me rule lol.
