Hello! I know that numerically this is 'Day 4' of my exercise plan, but I've decided not to count my recovery days as a part of my plan because my recovery days would subtract around 12 days from my total, which would give me 2 weeks less to achieve my goal!
Anyway, today my legs were feeling pretty good. I rested them for around 32~ hours, after a massive KBBQ session at Jong Ga in Brisbane, and then an all-night sc2 binge with the boys.. I ended up getting to sleep around 9am on Sunday morning. I woke up around 2pm, and then waited and competed in the GPD Open... Whilst I got lucky in my first round against TABlitz (He went rock, I went paper) I wasn't lucky enough to beat a roach/ling push (before hatch) by 'Nameless' that was followed by an expansion plus like 6 spines
Enough of the sc2 talk!
Exercise/ I've done 4km today as of writing this, I woke up and 12 and completed my run in around 45 mins (I'm unfit leave me alone). I then grabbed me some grain filled cereal and now I'm watching Sensei do some sick blink all-ins :P (I couldn't resist).
It's weird my sleeping patterns bein so reversed, but I will try and fix them within the next few days, just because I'd rather not to a 4km run at 12pm -.-.
Diet/ My diet over the past few days hasn't been too bad. I've lapsed a little bit, but mostly I've stuck to high protein and little fat (with the exception of a large chips I got from Red Rooster at 4am Sunday morning). Otherwise my drinking habbits could be better, I've been drinking a couple more energy drinks than I'd like but yeah, otherwise all is well in the diet section.
Gym/ -TBC
Documentation/ Here it is.
@LoSt. I google maps my running course before I leave my house so I know exactly how long it takes me getting from point A to point B

Yeah eventually. I have a mindset that I'd rather use photos than actual weight. I have a before shot and I'll definitely take an after shot. Giving exact weights week by week to me is counter productive in case I gain muscle mass and don't lose much weight. I can tell you now I'm down about 1kg after the first few days, but yeah, it's so volatile at the moment that any weights I post are subject to change.

oh yeah good point man definitely counterproductive to weigh if your gaining muscle :P. And Martial arts > Gym hardcore! Kickboxing is pretty physically intense, just have to make sure you avoid the ones where everyone there is simply training for their weekend out on the town bashing up people who look at them the wrong way.
