You're taking the response one single IXL member has and applying it to all of IXL. You see none of the leaders of IXL properly commenting on this bickering. There's a reason, they are taking the moral high ground.

If you are going to turn this into civil liberties, then you are really being a hypocrite, if you can post here and not face any negative thoughts towards CHxM then Kingslayer can post and not face any negative thoughts towards IXL. For the love of god be consistent across the board, all you're doing is just proving my point that you can't move on.

Well, there's been multiple responses from IXL members in these threads, so your first point is essentially moot.
You're right, none of the IXL leaders have commented on this bickering. If IXL leadership wants the community to look more favourably upon them and their clan, perhaps they should look at directly involving themselves in discussion/announcements pertaining to IXL, instead of leaving it to the ostracized vocal minority to speak out.
You're right, I can't post here without directly representing both my team and clan, Checkmate Gaming and Time of Rising. Does that mean I shouldn't be able to directly challenge people in the community to come forward and clear the air? To explain why they say one thing, and do (or look on, as others who are directly associated with them do) another? I don't think so.
As for my "consistency across the board", and my "proving your point that I can't move on", I'm not sure at all what you're getting at. My commenting on inconsistencies from what IXL management/leadership and members say they will do, and drawing comparison to what they actually do is something I have every right to do; and in all fairness, others have every right to look at this and see it for what it is.

I've said my peace, and I'm going to, to use your words, "move on" now.
