just go trawl the customer feedback forums on whirlpool... you'll get barely anything from here in comparison

they said they'd come to install nbn 16th of october. day before call and say they can't make it till 12th of november. that and terrible speeds.,

I've only used Telstra's mobile service, and it's the best I've had by far. 4G service is pretty decent, 3G is everywhere, never had any issues with reception/internet speeds/messages/billing etc. A little more expensive than everywhere else I've been, but more than worth the extra cost in comparison.

Why only their problems? I use telstra cable and barely have any issues, they even uncapped me 7-9 days before end of month free of charge last month

. Whingepool would be your best area for complaints.

Also you'll probably get more useful feedback if you frame your question as a bunch of more specific questions, maybe do up a survey to cover the main things you're looking for. Save you trawling through a lot of "they're good" and "they suck" answers that don't help.
