Being off racing as terran a lot recently on NA, probably the most i've played in a long time. hots is really fun especially since they are so many different strategies now and the skill curve went way up. its like a whole different game now.
And yes i finally left the sheltered world of sea and got to experience some brutal NA manners first hand. I find stuff like this hilarious and it makes playing on NA even more fun. At the end of games you're just excitingly waiting to see which way you're gonna get fennered. Check our fenner's hilarious video below if you haven't already.
here's a collection of some my screen shots.
my goal this year would be to reach GM on NA with terran, which will be challenging since i have so little time to play nowadays. And to collect more screenshots!
haha Matt are you playing on NA? I never got this on SEA so its quite a new experience for me.
I haven't played much on NA this season, but before HotS I pretty much exclusively played on NA and still never got anything .
My only semi-story is when unranked first came out I was just 2 raxing people as terran for fun and I played this guy on Antiga (post forced cross-spawn patch) and he called me a map hacker a bit. Then after the game he pm'd me saying he'd look up whether it was forced cross spawns now. About 10 minutes later he messaged me again saying that he looked it up and that I was a map hacker because it wasn't cross spawns. That was on NA.
Wow talk about sore losers. NA needs an attitude adjustment. A lesson in esportmanship perhaps

funny story..once beat a '' player and all he/she said was 'I was never at the computer half the time' when the replay clearly showed he was active throughout the whole game. Another time was a player was 'I'm playing WoW at the same time.' One last ditch banebust with 20banes and he/she goes 'Well, gotta go slay Arthas(or something)'
Guess that's the NA server
Its also a good place to relieve some stress or just mess around a lil

In the past i've been called "18 nom" and "sekki nom" (<my wife says this word makes no sense) a lot especially in Starcraft 1 but in Starcraft 2 they totally developed a professional attitude. its like NA and korea went in opposite directions.
i did encounter one really helpful guy on NA though. we were talking a bit in game then he was telling me about his 95% terran vs protoss win rate. after the game he happily showed me a replay and chatted a bit. it was a nice moment and i wish the NA community was made up of more people like that. something like this would be quite hard to experience on korea cause of the language barrier.

Ahaahaha this is so true! It's really depressing how NA can manage to infest the community of every game. They seriously need to fix their attitude and stop blaming losses on hacks that clearly aren't there.
I had a zerg hacker rage at me for beating him hahaha
He had hacks and knew 100% roach bane all in was coming and failed to prepare for it then starts swearing at me
Or the guys who say the build I do was bad when all I do was make drones and scout his all in then defend it :P
