just looking for some brutally honest opinions. i still hear some shit talk here and there which is expected but if the talk has something it spawned from i'd like to know aswell.

IXL was set out with the vision of creating a community and then spawn a pro team.
but above all continue to build respectable communications between IXL and myself with relative others with in the scene.

Now almost a year along IXL has in ways come along way and in other staggered.
But rest Assured we will get there =D
2013 will be a good year for us i know that. and i have the determination to push us up and above.

A clan's behavior and culture is the result of leadership which usually results from players in the clan emulating the behavior of the "top players".
