We have never neglected to applaud the amazing players amongst us in our small community, but we often forget about the tireless and socially iconic team managers that have been such an important representation of their respective organisations. I would like to take this chance to recognise and direct our applause to their absolutely tireless effort and amazing work produced by Chadmann and Arnor in recent times. However at the same time, we must not forget someone like Benji - The first iconic social media presence embodied in a team manager. Following in Benji's footsteps, Chadman and the rest of our communities' mighty team managers have really shined!
Big round of applause for:
Chadmann of 'fray
Arrnor of xG
Spartaz of Av.ToR
Dox of Nv
Zepph of iM
Lemminks of TCP
Crimsom of Iris
Alpha, Goose, Asra, Nem of mGG
All the other team managers that I may have missed~
I'm speechless yet grateful to have been mentioned. Working with the leadership team in mGG has been exciting and a pleasure, thinking of how we do more for the clan. It is always about everyone else. When they are happy, I am happy.
I agree that there are many good team managers out there who do much for their teams. FSBenAD is one such person that comes to my mind when I read this blog. And as mentioned above, there are many more out there.
Thxs Light.

Good Guy Light. Let's not forget FSBen and Dele, ETLSoundwave and IXLRunamok. As well special mention to all the event organisers who I think do just as an important a job. Suipr and Asra on BSG, Deviant for GPD, all of the SEACL admins and all of the tournament admins like wT weekly, pX tourneys, and of course the ACL people. Group hug time?

Thanks for the mention bro
Within my own team I'd like to thank Luke 'noTTuh' Hutton, he does a ton of stuff behind the scenes that most of you fellas don't get to see, but he's gonna be why ETL will be rocking jerseys when he sends some of our players to events in 2013.
I really love the SEA community. Full of well mannered and hard working players, managers, admins and tournament organizers.

Awesome blog, there are some real heros of this community and its a lot of hard work they put in without much in return. Without them this community would be very different. I probably wouldn't be playing starcraft anymore, definitely not as much as I do.
Thankyou DrGooSe and Nem for your mentions, it means a lot
Personally I want to thank all the admins involved with SEACL, I know how stressful this season has been and I know a few of you are counting down the days to the end. But SEACL creates a massive buzz around here and we all appreicate what you do. Thankyou
I am humbled by your mention, Ray. The effort we put in is minuscule to the effort that the tip top players put in to maintain their competitive edge.
I guess people don't really know what happens behind the scenes, how much various teams work together to grow our scene. Many of the team manages spend hours preparing various tournaments and helping each other in the way, or another. Citing Benji's recent eSports Daily tournament series launch, for example, would have take hours of effort to prepare. Or for my own example, previous association with co-owner of Avant 'Wez' ensuring they were pointed in the right direction of a team capable of representing them successfully when developing their team. To Dox's countless hours of work on countless tournaments and qualifiers, etc etc.
But I can confidently say we don't do it for ourselves. We don't do it for our personal or individual teams benefit. We do this for you guys, for Australian eSports and the players in this scene. Much love to you all.
