Bleh i am so tired right now, just started pre-season after not doing anything for a year, so bare with me most of this will make no sense.
I just wanted to 'blog' about whats been going on etc, about a month before it was announced that i was on Av.ToR i was already on Av.ToR but it wasn't announced, see i told you this wouldn't make sense. I was at my all time best i was playing a lot and improving pretty fast so i felt as though i was earning my spot on Av.ToR however in the past 2 or so weeks i have found myself wanting in the Starcraft department, I am playing less than i would like to and i am playing a very low level compared to what i was a few weeks ago. This depresses me a lot, when i first joined Av.ToR i felt my skills where good enough to get me into Av.ToR but i would need to work very hard to get myself to a level i consider worthy of Av.ToR. This has not happened its hard to get the motivation to play when watching your own replays depresses you (more then usual)
This game is hard! My TvZ winrate is about 10% as i have stopped meching to try and improve my marine tank it is going horrible, but i have more of a grasp now so i am hoping that i will see that number rise. TvP is TvP I hate toss all ins i am very bad against them i know how to respond/scout them but my actual execution of the defence is bad, apart from that i am doing well in this match up my mid/late game control has improved a lot i could probably put my vikings on another hotkey though. TvT **** mech. that is all.
HoTS, SEACL and ACL
A lot of the players in SEACL are well above my level of play at the moment so i am afraid i wont be much use to my team which makes me sad TT i dont see that i will be catching up anytime soon too so i have decided to switch to HoTS after the ACL qualifiers, My primary goal in sc2 was to make ACL groups. ACL brisbane being honest i dont think i will achieve my goal, however i believe i will achieve it for ACL melbourne. So i intend to play the qualifiers all the same whilst i understand the competition is very strong hopefully i can get lucky.
I haven't played HoTS at all so i am interested to find out new ways to complain about the other races, what terran would i be if i didnt know these things.
Ok i am tired none of this makes sense sorry about that. if its that bad ill edit it in the morning.

Standard Spook.
Keep working as hard as you can with the time that you spend practicing, it's all that you, or anyone, can ask of yourself. Persevere and just keep your head up; once you start getting the hang of new things all the wheels will start turning again. Everyone has hills, bumps, mounds that they must overcome; and usually on the other side there's an easy, downhill slide for a while, followed by an even bigger hill.
I've always been a fan of your dedication Spook and truely hope that you can break through that next level for yourself and your team. Best of luck practising and I hope to see you at all the ACL's this year
