Hello people! I've been working on a graph database which you can visually manipulate and browse for data using data from sc2sea. i'm pleased to inform that the prototype i've been working on is open for testing and collection on feedback in general. In case you are wondering how the prototype looks like, here is a snapshot of a part of it:
It may seem all cluttered in the pic above but the good news is that you can click and any of the nodes to change the view. This is one of the advantages of a graph database. For example, clicking on Flash E-sports will reveal players who are within the team and hide all the other clans that are within the database.
The testing is open to ANYONE! Please feel free to PM me for more details or simply get the .rar file at the following URL. The .rar file should contain:
1) graph.db database file
2) Neoclipse graph database manipulation tool (.exe within the folder)
3) icons folder (used to display pics in the database)
4) Neoclipse QuickStart guide (to teach u the basics of using the application)
5) User testing.pdf (instructions to proceed with an organized test)
Total filesize is ~80MB because of the size of the Neoclipse application. Kindly note that the application runs on Win7, 64 bit. Instructions are given in the guide for systems on other OS. . https://dl.dropbox.com/u/14910923/Pl...20database.rar
