Hey man, pretty decent stretches overall. Your explanations were good and easy to follow. Just a couple of suggestions (sorry in advance for being a bit picky) in case you end up doing another version:
I would suggest that the stretches be held longer than 10 seconds (at least 30 sec but even up to 45-60 seconds would be better).
For the stretch for the top of the wrist (where you flex the fingers and then the wrist) you should probably mention that the elbow needs to be kept straight (people might not realize and bend it).
The carpal tunnel is not on the top of the wrist (i.e. where your watch would go) but on the other side. The first stretch you demonstrated for carpal tunnel by extending your wrist with your fingers straight is to stretch the front of your wrist (not the back where you said).

As someone who has had/has wrist problems myself, if you use the computer regularly the stupidest thing you can do is not to do these. Look after your wrists people
