So my account has been locked yesterday, and I've been trying to reset my password. However, whenever i go to sea.battle.net, battle.net redirects me to us.battle.net, and as a result my sc2 game key doesn't work.
I'm not sure why blizzard redirects me to us- but I've tried sending a support ticket etc. but you kinda have to be logged in to send a ticket in the first place (-.-) and I'm actually just stumped.
If anybody has any ideas, please post below, thanks!

I've been hearing shit tonnes of people lately getting locked out their accounts. Some people have had to wait 1-2 weeks before they can get is sorted. Sometimes having an authenticator can work. Sometimes it makes it worse.
I kept having the same problem when playing from two seperate locations/computers. Ended up biting the bullet and getting an authenticator. Both times my account has been locked though, i just clicked the "help, ive been hacked" thing on b.net. Ended up just having to take a picture of my license, e-mail it through to them and my account was unlocked within 48hours. But yeah, since getting a little authenticator all has been well.
Yeah, im glad they try to have tight security and all but it's rather rage inducing when you can't get on. I seriously suggest trying out what i did though, worked both times.
Yeah call or e-mail them to get your account unlocked (don't do both or you might get some clash). Get an authenticator on your phone ASAP after your account is unlocked. People with a dynamic IP need an authenticator or their account will get locked often.

I'm pretty sure having phone verification and/or authenticator removes the locking system. It mainly happens due to using a different IP address to log into Battle.net
I can't call the blizzard phones is the problem - whenever I call any of the Indonesian numbers (or the 1-800 one mentioned above) I simply get someone telling me that the number cannot be reached or w/e - I've tried on both handphone and landline
Because I'm still young I don't exactly have a driver's licence and my parents keep my passport, and they're "not comfortable" with me scanning my passport over to blizzard. My security question doesn't work. When I was making my account my parents forced me to change my DOB. The only thing actually real is my name.
I've downloaded the authenticator on my phone but I can't attach it to my device when it's locked.
Do any of you guys have the email that Blizzard uses for customer support? Maybe I can manually send an email asking for the correct link to enter my game key...
You don't need to call the indonesian 1, just call the american 1.......and if they don't work just keep trying them until you don't see any numbers left to call.
