So since I started progaming fulltime I've gained ~8kg. This is just a guess as I can't even remember how much i weighed before, but basically, I've put on a bunch of weight.
I'm sure this is a situation many of us who choose gaming as our recreation face on a daily basis. Especially those of us whom have a penchant to eat entire jars of nutella, with a spoon, in a single marathon session of Firefly.
So I'm kind of dreading the day I go to a LAN and instead of people saying "oh I assumed you would be fat", they say "oh its so fitting you're called pig".
So I'm putting an end to it! MOTIVATION!
In the past a problem has been the crazy hours of tournaments and streaming that interrupts my schedule and I get lazy and stop any schedules. So as a solution I'm implementing my 15-minute workouts! Basically whenever I'm done streaming I will do my usual goodbyes and thanks, and then instead of turning off the stream I will turn my webcam to full-screen and start working out on webcam.
This is basically just a silly way for me to force myself to use my audience judging me as a way to ensure I don't just flop into bed. Instead I will select one of my Starcraft-themed workouts and work up a good sweat.
I will answer any questions in chat and take advice on workouts, technique, diet and such whilst I do so. I don't expect many people to watch. This is just me working on myself in a public arena and using that energy of exposure to force myself to push through and keep schedule.
If an unhealthy nerd like me can get myself in shape over the next months with quick workouts like this (and some jogging) maybe I can motivate a few of you guys out there to put in a little work to make ourselves all feel a little bit better about ourselves. I don't just care about appearance (though my face being fat in the mirror does bug me), but also that lethargy that slowly builds through inactivity, eradicating that is something I really want to do. I miss the days of limitless energy running through me! Time to get it back!

I like your way of motivating yourself! IMO keep the update blogs/videos coming! Motivation is the biggest challenge I have, especially when it comes to balancing SC2 (it's so much easier to hit Find Match than it is to exercise) so if you keep motivated by sharing, maybe it'll help people like me get motivated by your inspiration.
When it comes to bodyweight exercise, I always prefer (or have had people tell me) to break it into high intensity interval sets. I note that yours isn't strictly bodyweight - if I was going to do anything other than pure bodyweight, I'd alternate on a daily basis (so pure bodyweight one day, bars & bells the next, etc)
My personal workout would be/has been along the lines of
