I hate to question the legitimacy of this blog but I think the sky was photoshopped in the 12pm picture, sky's too clear.

The obvious sign of photoshop for me was that the image suggested that a tram was actually running.

Back when I was living in Melbourne I recall that train/tram services were excellent! almost never late compared to Sydney ><
