Hello. Welcome to my first blog post. This is just going to be a quick housekeeping and shameless pimping blog post, you've been warned.

A few weeks ago, I officially left ToR. Yes, I wasn't very active and yes, I knew very few of the ToR players, but I was still unofficially still in the clan. I asked to leave a few weeks ago, bringing me to my next point.

A bunch of friends and friends of friends and myself have created a new gaming clan. It's a casual gaming clan - we are mostly in our final years or working and can't devote too much time during the week to game. However, when we game, usually over the weekend, we thought it'd be nice to game with people we knew. As a starter, we'll be focusing on making a Guild Wars 2 guild, a casual guild, but it doesn't mean that we won't PvP, WvWvW or PvE a lot. We probably will.

DCVGamers is looking for players to join a casual Guild Wars 2 guild. And here is the shameless pimping. We named ourselves DCVGamers. Had to find a new name after the new WoW expansion was announced - so many panda related clan/guild names popping up now. But back to the pimping. So if you want a guild to join on release or want a bunch of laid back people to group up with during the BWEs, and the description in the last point appeals to you, join DCVGamers!

DCVGamers has a website. As a few of you would know (nirv), I've been devoting a lot of my programming time elsewhere. Designing for Drupal is vastly different to designing for vBulletin (what sc2sea.com runs). It's been fun and I've been steadily improving and hopefully, I can add more functionality to the website in the hopes that it doesn't die. Oh right! The website is at www.dcvgamers.com. It's still under construction but a lot of the functionality should work.

The Guild Wars 2 beta was awesome. There have been differing opinions and this is mine. Thought I'd just chuck that in there.
