There is a replay at the very bottom of this post. I just played a game against a Zerg on ladder. I went 1gate FE since it was Metalopolis and it's SUPER risky to forge first with such and open natural. He fully saturated 2 bases then pumped LITERALLY like 150 lings and threw them at me in waves of about 20-40. using forcefields I held losing about 10 or 11 units. He literally LITERALLY lost over 100 units (100 lings so you could argue it was really more like 50 units but still!). I think i lost like 5 probes a couple zealots and a sentry or 2. so I figured having lost SO MUCH larva without really killing much of anything, the Zerg should be WAY behind. I then 7 gated him and was crushed by mass roach. before my 7 gate hit i had lost about 1500 resources and he had lost over, i repeat, OVER 3000! at one point the resources lost was something like 1700 losses for Protoss vs 4500 losses for zerg. My 7gate timing was crushed at about the 15 minute mark (yes thats slow for a 7gate but it was NOT a normal game since he lost 100 something lings before I lost 10 units total very early). and after the 7gate failed I had lost. The game dragged on a long time after that but it was pretty much over.

I'm wondering what you guys would think if a sentry was able to hallucinate a structure within your immediate tech tree (i.e. a stargate if you have a cybernetics core built) in a pylon power field for 100 energy, and lasts the same as a regular hallucination. Would this be OP? Useless? Or maybe a good addition to the game? Discuss, and have fun

note: obviously you would have to have to research hallucination.
