Ever since the GSL has started people have loved watching the best of the best play, we love to watch the intense micro that sees 5-6 minute long back and fourth action, the amazing macro where a trust fund is un heard of and the amazing player personalities.
But, one thing i have longed for since fruitdealer and showed everyone how boss zerg really is (all this imba toss and terran talk ask fruitdealer bro) was a foriegn (non-korean) champion to arise and show the world that korea does not dominate anymore. Brood war was korean domination and the most well known names were koreans like Flash and Jaedong.
So will this ever happen ? ........ i think so but who, well i would say our young candian friend ( and a brotoss ) HuK !!!!!!
He has some of the greateat micro top 3 i think ? and lately he is beasting up tornaments with a list that goes on and on:
Dream hack summer, MLG orlando and Dallas plus amazing gsl placements like ro8 in the Code S so will he be our foreign saviour i think so but who do you think ??????

Re: Foreign GSL Champion
I doubt this will ever happen, it's just in the genes + the environment they have growing up. It's just like how everyone wants to beat the Ethopians in long distance running but probably no one will.

Personally I think Stephano would have a better chance if he was there as he seems to play a kind I Zerg that at this present moment confuses Koreans. But in about a months time they will have worked out his game and his tournament run may dry up.
