Hey hey,

So after reaching diamond league all the way back in season 2, 2013, I thought to myself 'how awesome would it be to make masters?' the answer is obvious, it would feel incredible.

Season after season I kept going and going, playing game after game - even after my laptop fried itself, I still went to the netcafe to grind out some ladder sessions and practice games. Though I was always hopeful, season after season passed and I had still not reached my target. Time after time, people would always ask me 'masters yet?' although it frustrated me to be asked this, I used it to keep pushing for it. I won my first GPD and then a month later won it again and finally started to think 'maybe this season it might happen?' Time and time went on and quite often would find myself getting frustrated laddering. After reading the likes of pezz who spent 8-9 months in diamond before eventually getting to masters and then pig who i remember saying somewhere that it was getting to him staring at rank 1 masters on korea but kept pushing til he reached grandmaster - kinda made me relax into thinking that hey, it might not be today, might not be tomorrow.. but it will happen.

The support from the sc2sea community is certainly immense, I could name alot of people who have helped to either practice match ups with me, offer some encouragement, some different ideas of the game and just general friendly/supportive people.

After the long awaited 'masters yet?' and 'HYPE!' whenever I would be streaming and versing a masters player, it has finally happened
