Ok let me clear something up guys. First of all i appreciate the comments and advice i will admit i can have a hot head when im frustrated to a point. Now that my mind is clear let me brush up some things.

People have said in these comments that i need to just ignore the BM as its apart of gaming. Well i have been playing online gaming for about almost 7-8 years now (i understand some of you have been longer) and i know there are harsh people on the internet and in gaming communities trust me you dont need to tell me this. What i was trying to address was that their bm was uncalled for. Like i would 1 base, 2 base or even 5 base macro w/e i needed to do to try and win and the result was the same. They would be rude and harsh. Now i cant stop this but i just felt i needed to tell you guys this just so i could get feedback on other peoples views on the members of IMI as i obv havent versed or talked to the GM IMI guys.

Some people have said "Not all IMI guys are dicks some are nice and cool". Well then its obvious that you people have not read or misread my blog. I said multiple times that i haven't versed or talked to all IMI guys. What i am saying basically is that SO FAR these IMI guys seem to be dicks cause i personally yet to encounter a nice player from IMI.

Now in terms of when IMI was launched im sure it was during summer of last year (so during winter in USA) im not 100% sure but i think it was around then. They were a new bunch and because of this i felt it was a good opportunity to start fresh as i have had a bad experience with one of my previous clans (not naming the clan for obvious reasons).

Now i know 1 basing and even 2 basing can make opponents mad. I know this, i lose to 8 pools and 2 gates like its going out of fashion. I also lose to proxy widow mines and baneling busts and even 1 base dt rushes. It comes to a point where people get so mad to losing to 1 base or 2 base all in's/cheese they do it themselves. Like last week i encountered a terran on ladder. I was sick of terrans out playing me macro wise and stuff so i thought "im gonna 1 base blink all in" (cause protoss am i right ;P) i did it and won and he was like "wow so much skill, now im gonna 1 base all in my next opponent and make his life hell". He then leaves the game, it was this moment i realise theres a chain going and that cheesing and all in plays will never stop. But NEVER DID I ONCE pm a player how bad they were cause they 8 pool me or 2 gate me or w/e. I would be mad yes but this anger i would try and keep to myself.

If theres anything else you want me to brush up on please dont be afraid to ask. I remember having so much fun on sea, like if i lost to a 10 pool speedling on sea, the guy would pm me saying "Next time try and work on your sim city, that way you can use your FF more effectively". And i was like wow thats legit advice (i was gold back then) and it helped me heaps. The SEA community when we played on the SEA server was excellent, sure you get the occasional idiot on SEA but NA takes it on another level.

That's not what I meant. So don't turn it out of context please.

As far as I know they dun advocate smurfing and cheating.

I think the problem with the blog in general is actually calling out a clan the way u did.

While u might not have met all the members, your experience with some of them were unpleasant. However when u make it a blog in this manner, calling out a singular particular clan, it seems to suggest that they are the biggest bad one out there. Whether that may or may not be true is another matter.

On one hand I want to make this as fair as possible, not sounding like I'm defending lMl or putting down your valid unpleasant experiences and trying to make a fair as non judgemental argument/view as possible.

If you really don't like them, look for another. Prozer has offered twice for you to check out his clan. And I'm sure there are others out there as well.

Anywho, Stodd, if you've been playing online games for that long and would still waste time to make a blog about something that pretty much happens commonly on NA cos you got mad then you're not really ignoring them and just making yourself mad over something not worth being mad at.

Pretty much, who gives a shit, you won by doing what you did. It's a strategy game, if you win by doing what you did and they get mad cos they lost, it's their fault for not properly countering your strategy and you should feel good about winning. If they PM you with BM post-game and if you can't ignore it then just say gg and move on.
