I hate protoss too
 

I hate protoss.

I just made the mistake of trying to play standard against a Protoss and forgot that they can win on one base.


What's stronger than a 2 base 6 gate timing/ 7gate all in ? A 1 base immortal all-in. (ok maybe not, but I've had more practice with the former than the latter)

(All games were from TCP vs iRL in SEACL, basically me vs ZiggyD)

(Starts with epic fail beatbox and humming (Kinda forgot I was mic-ed up))
I had prepared for all kinds of FFE plays, I mean, any normal Protoss would FFE on this map. But ZiggyD wasn't any normal Protoss as you'll see in the next few games.

Game 2
This was the epic game that a few of you may have watched already... It's just Diamond level so perhaps it's not thaaaat epic but it does feature a baserace. ^^ Got your interest?
There are two versions of this, one was the one recorded live and the other was me going through the replay after it was over.
Both have its pros and cons, I think live commentary is better cos you get to see from my Point-Of-View

Final deciding match between us, which because of how long our Game 2 took, was the final game of our clan series - my clan was leading my 1 point, and ZiggyD could draw it if he won this game. Who wins? Watch and find out!

So.... I need to practise more of these weird 1 base builds. ZiggyD was really nice to play a few more with me after our games, and apparently I need to rush Hydras to hold it? And bait the first round of forcefields, disengage, then fight again, otherwise you're bound to get crushed. Maybe mass Spines with mutalisks MAY work too, no idea. Any expert ideas?
