Videos of Fusion Slugs Past....
 

Hi everyone!

So I have been working with some of the other slugs in bringing lots of our old matches to youtube, as a way of saying thank you to all the members of Fusion Slugs as well as a thank you to the community and other clans who we have played against.

Whilst most of our matches involved players of diamond and below, with only a select few slugs ever reaching the heights of masters and grand masters, I still wanted to share all of this with you all here too.

Currently up on there are all videos we have of both of our internal cups, as much coverage as we had of the SEACL 2 (for games involving Fusion Slugs) and a clan war vs ToR and VB we had in early/mid 2012.

The next step will be to add videos for the FS Clan Tournament we had in the middle of 2012 and follow that up with all the other clan wars we have coverage of from the Middle of 2012 until the last clan war we had which I believe was the end of 2013.

Anyway just wanted to share it here with you all!

Ohh man.. watching these vid's and then strolling through some of the old threads really took me back to the good old days...

I wonder if we could ever revive something like that?.. :'(

Yeah I really miss it all too! Going through all this footage and doing research on the old SC2SEA threads and the threads within the FS forums.

Nothing would make me happier then the game becoming popular again and being able to just run some tournament and cast and stuff.

On the youtube page there are a few playlists to make it easier to follow particular things. I have just finished putting all the vods from the first week of the FS Clan Tournament up (which featured FS, mGG, ToR, TCP, QED, IXL, Team Night and FaDe). I am missing a few of the matches unfortunately, for those I will just make a short video with the results.

It'll be a team effort, my dudes.

Even at sc2's current popularity - it's not impossible to revive things.

I miss the old times of having clans like FS to war against, I'll always remember ShadowMamba as one of the nicest people I met on this site. ;_; (and that Matt93 fella as the meanest)
