Etls chat reacts to Frusts win over Kingkong
 

So in the final game against kingkong i was really really far behind and the only way i could make it work and get the win was most likely going to be the Dt play with warp prism + very good engagements, after having very good engagements and controll with good warp prism play i manage to get back into the game from being very far behind, taking the game i went into etl chat and noticed the chat going crazy and this is what i saw.

This is in no way insulting kingkong i just found it crazy that the guys in ETL were so amazed and happy that i could actually take the win, thanks to kingkong for the amazing games, you're a great opponent and without me playing 125% my best i dont think i could of won so thankyou so much for awesome games!

I was very proud of my results and how far i got in wcs so i thought having the team (dynsl, and Etl clan) back me up and support me all the way helped

One of the craziest comebacks I've seen in the SEA scene. Maybe the craziest. Was a insanely entertaining series.

Really amazing play + comeback!

You let your sc2 talent do the talking. Hope to see more of that in future, and less of other recent behaviour.

(I hope you asked all involved to post chat logs, private Skype chats are getting thrown around to freely lately - even if this one is positive)

KK seems to struggle vs protoss and you could really see it in those games, he was way ahead and just didn't seem to know how to end the game. Instead he didn't tech and tried to attack into frustration's army.

Yeah, clearly wasn't peak form KK. It's actually a little sad. I hope he can rebound and win all our tournaments again.

Honestly I've even seen him nearly lose to probe and a couple of the other top protosses when he was in his prime(last year at least), so it's really no surprise that his zvp went from bad to worse with no practice.

I can confirm. idk what tourney it was but when I played vs kingkong, I (some diamond noob) almost beat him, but I kinda threw away with shit macro and bad engagement lol
